Kandi is Amazing! The other company before Astro Mesa was horrible. They messed up our lease so bad. Kandi had a huge mess on her hands and she was so confused as to what they did to out lease. We were over charged, lease wasnt put in right, I wasnt added to the lease when i was suppose to be. Kandi sat with me for almost an hour trying to figure out what was going on. She had it figured out, we got our lease signed and that was it. She has been on top of everything when issues have been brought to her attn, and handled it all. Kandi is the reason we decided to sign into a year lease and also do a extended 6 month lease. We knew that with what we have going on personally trying to move wasnt going to work. Had it been anyone else or even another company we would have figured out a way to make it all work ti be out of here. But because Kandi is here and has been so amazing, we felt secure and good about signing a 6 month lease with her. This place has gotten soo much better over the last year. As with most places you will have those neghbors. But management has been on top of it handling the situations. A year ago we were ready to cut out on our lease just to get out. Now we signed a 6 month to extend to stay. We would have done another year, but we are getting married this year and felt it was time to have a house with more space to grow. Please whatever you decide to do dont ever get rid of Kandi she truely is amazing and wonderful at her job. She really cares and you can tell. Thank you for everything!

Lots of positive changes here in the last few months, including the opening of the gym and new pool lounge furniture. I also can’t say enough good things about the office staff, Candi specifically is always amazing to work and always goes above and beyond to help. The price is right and the units are cute.

I have lived in these apartments for 4 years. Astero Mesa East has provided my family a safe, clean and well managed home during this time. The rent is affordable, and the utilities are reasonable. I highly recommend living here!

I love our floor plan the space has been a blessing for our family. The complex is quiet and the property is well lit during the nights. Candi is the property manager and is one of the many reasons why we chose to sign a second lease. Anytime we have needed something Candi has made sure to get it taken care of, she definitely cares about this property and the residents it shows in the customer service she provides!

I don't care what anyone says. It may take time to get the job done, but they always get it done. We've been on the several managements. Chewy. I just want to let you know.You're doing a good job When I have issues or need repairs, you are always there .Thank you for all your jokes

Moved in, everything was brand new ( not use to this) and if an issue happens it is solved is a great way. Candy is the main one in the office and she is amazing, always smiling and trying her hardest to help in any way. I rate 10/10

If this is your first apartment you have to check out Astero Mesa east! This is my first apartment and the property management staff are so sweet and like family they educated me on the entire process and made sure all of my (MANY) questions were answered without ever seeming tired of me. Any worries I had were reassured and I always leave the office feeling confident. The apartments are well maintained and not a bug in sight! I love utilizing the 24/7 gym and being able to soak in the jacuzzi at night. Super nice community and great soundproofing in the units! Definitely check out Astero Mesa east.

The maintenance man jesus. Did an amazing job Putting in a brand new washing machine. He was very polite and courteous and did an excellent job.

The new office staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Maintenance staff is on point. Chuy is the best I've seen in a long time.
