I think we got a good manager in the office and i believe her name is Rani or Raina all i know is she was in the office today she is Amazing!! Teresa is also a wonderful and Amazing manager!! I think with these two we got a Team!!

I have been living here for 27 years and have many good managers and ok manager and really bad managers. Just recently our new management company and the MANAGER Ms. Teresa Moore has been the most professional manager I have come across, she has resolved things in a very timely manner, she listens and understands issues and resolves them quickly. Just wanted to thank her in this review.

You did a good job this morning keep up the good work grumpy and you are a nice guy because you even come to work on your day off thank you and yes our new managers is sweet and hard working lady the reason I said that is she out in this hot heat showing Apt 😮😮 girl 😞

I have lived here for 8 years an we now have a manager who actually knows what she's doing I realy hope they keep the new manager here name is Teresa she's not rude like the ones before her she actually does her best to listen to our problems an concerns an does here best to take care of the problem as quickly as possible residents here are tired of a different manager every month PLEASE keep Teresa as our new manager THANK YOU also we have a really good maintenance guy his name is Juan never had a problem getting something fixed if u have alot of bugs than clean up your place problem solved

Just a comment, today I went to discuss my renewing of my lease with Candy. There was a glitch on my lease, but Candy with checking it out fixed it Immediately. She apologized for the inconvenience of this. Candy went far and beyond the call of duty on this. Candy has great customer service skills-and I felt very comfortable talking to her. I recommend Tides Gilbert East. Thank you again for the great experience.
