APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

This apartment complex has had a continuous turn over in the 5 yrs of residing here. But now, we have decent, professional, respectful & competent staff. The manager, Candy is great. Jesus, (Chuy) the maintenance gentleman, is efficient, helpful & takes care of the issue! He’s always pleasant & cool, much appreciated! The complex has definitely improved & seems to continue to get better. The main plus is there were tenants that caused a lot of violence, safety problems & drama, but are no longer living here! The units are comfortable, spacious, have all the amenities & welcome your fur babies 🐾 It’s not a perfect area or environment but it isn’t what it use to be.. Thank God!

Friendly courteous staff like family enjoyable amenities clean fresh environment responds quickly to any issues that may arise.

Love the make-over. Fresh paint and update trim made me almost drive past it if GPS hadn't forced me to pull in

Love all the great improvements that have been done since the new owners also I'm so happy with the management Alyson is very professional, she is kind to all the children and sweet with are pets,she is a good leader ,she gets the work done for you if you have problems and quick thank you for making home a much happier place to live
