Moved in, everything was brand new ( not use to this) and if an issue happens it is solved is a great way. Candy is the main one in the office and she is amazing, always smiling and trying her hardest to help in any way. I rate 10/10

If this is your first apartment you have to check out Astero Mesa east! This is my first apartment and the property management staff are so sweet and like family they educated me on the entire process and made sure all of my (MANY) questions were answered without ever seeming tired of me. Any worries I had were reassured and I always leave the office feeling confident. The apartments are well maintained and not a bug in sight! I love utilizing the 24/7 gym and being able to soak in the jacuzzi at night. Super nice community and great soundproofing in the units! Definitely check out Astero Mesa east.

During my time as a resident, I experienced several challenges, including property management transitions, maintenance issues like a week without AC in May, and even wrongful late-rent and eviction notices. These situations were overwhelming and frustrating, often leaving me to gather evidence and resolve them on my own. However, during my final days there, I saw a noticeable improvement, thanks in large part to Devina. She stepped in with professionalism, patience, and a thorough approach that truly made a difference. When I received an incorrect notice regarding my move-out, she not only resolved the issue but also alleviated so much of the stress that came with it. Devina’s presence brought a significant positive shift to the property. Her kindness, expertise, and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. It’s clear she’s making a meaningful impact, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support during such a challenging time. Devina, thank you for everything. Your efforts truly stood out and made all the difference.

We just moved in, staff is amazing, everything is new and so far ZERO issues. The Apts are super quiet ( even around kids) and so far no issues with any residents. Honestly wished I moved here sooner

Before Teresa came to this complex we had a lot of problems she was under another manager in any time I came into the office with a problem she did her best to solve the problem but when she became manager she did more she was real polite friendly curious and understanding she ran that office to the best of her ability and I never had a problem after I left her office I would definitely miss her she definitely professional and whoever is she works for they are going to be happy with her performance and her ability to get things together and straighten out problems I wish her well and her new endeavors it was a pleasure knowing her and working with her to solve the problems I had?

Although I’m sorry to learn that the property manager, Theresa is recently no longer with us, I wish her only the very best on her future endeavors. She has demonstrated to be one of the very best property managers this apartment complex has had in the 4plus years I’ve resided here. It was a pleasure having here as she made a positive difference. She set the standard and bar high, as to how tenants should be treated and made to feel heard with concerns, issues or questions. Thank you Theresa for all your hard work and diligent efforts.

I've lived on this property for 24 years, and Teresa has been the most outstanding manager I've dealt with since I moved here. It has been very evident that she cares about this property and the residents that live here. After several changes to management in my time here as a resident, they have literally been a breath of fresh air from the previous management that was in place. I've had a couple of instances where timing and the changing of the property's managing company have put me in concerning situations(at no fault of anyone, just side effects of systems changing). When stuff like this happens, you always worry you're going to get the run-around(Mostly due to old old management from around the time I started living here) but to my immense relief each time I've been able to very easily go talk to Teresa and she takes care of it completely. The difference between this place before and after Teresa is night and day and I can tell you the property only seems to be improving and clearing up it's old bad reputation more and more with each passing day. Thank you for everything you do, Teresa! You are most appreciated.

I have lived here for 8 years an we now have a manager who actually knows what she's doing I realy hope they keep the new manager here name is Teresa she's not rude like the ones before her she actually does her best to listen to our problems an concerns an does here best to take care of the problem as quickly as possible residents here are tired of a different manager every month PLEASE keep Teresa as our new manager THANK YOU also we have a really good maintenance guy his name is Juan never had a problem getting something fixed if u have alot of bugs than clean up your place problem solved

I've lived here 4yrs, and have never had an issue. They have changed owners and had some trials and tribulations as to any company changing hands. Teresa the Mgr is so sweet. And she is very polite. Shw does her best. But the maintenance Mgr Juan is amazing. Hands down the best in the 4yrs ive been here. He so down to earth and friendly. He even went as far as helping me change my plate on my car. Great guy. If you lose him we will fall apart.

Just a comment, today I went to discuss my renewing of my lease with Candy. There was a glitch on my lease, but Candy with checking it out fixed it Immediately. She apologized for the inconvenience of this. Candy went far and beyond the call of duty on this. Candy has great customer service skills-and I felt very comfortable talking to her. This apartment complex has had a continuous turn over in the 4yrs that I’ve lived here, with different office staff, managers & maintenance crew. Can’t keep up with who works here anymore. Some good, some terrible & some I wish would have stayed, like Candy but the manager, Theresa is awesome! She’s very nice, helpful & respectful. Let’s all hope she sticks with us! The complex has definitely improved & seems to continue to get better. The main plus is there were tenants that caused a lot of violence, safety problems & drama, but are no longer living here! . The complex has security that patrols over night, nightly. This really helps to keep the peace & safety of the tenants, thank you! The units are comfortable, spacious, have all the amenities & welcome your fur babies 🐾 It’s not a perfect area or environment but it isn’t what it use to be.. Thank God!

Since me and my family has moved here I've have seen some improvement but what I wanna know who are the owners of this p cause you only get man management there's a higher up who is the llc don't have roaches but needed thing repair so far so good just need to know who they have to answer to Now the place has been sold I've seen alot improvement I mean a lotta improvement they BRIGHTEN UP THE APARTMENTS PUT GRASS IN A DOG PARK IF WOULD USE IT GUESS IT TO FAR TO WALK.. I love living here. We needed to move somewhere cheaper. The outside looks old but they are upgrading the insides and the grounds look really nice. The maintenance men are awesome. They are very understanding but won’t make false promises. The office staff is always welcoming and most of the tenants are friendly. My daughters love hanging out with the other kids. Nothing bad to say about this apt. People who have bug problems are either not cleaning or not getting the house treated which is available every Thursday.
